Recently, Stormont London and our sister company London Event Productions were both asked to participate in a venue showcase at No.4 Hamilton Place, organised by our frequent event partner Blue Strawberry.
Located in Mayfair and overlooking Hyde Park, this stunning Grade II listed building has been the home of the Royal Aeronautical Society since 1939. No.4 Hamilton Placealso acts as an events venue for weddings, corporate parties, meetings and conferences, providing a beautiful backdrop to events in the heart of London.
Keeping in mind the venue's history, we were inspired to hire a roaming pilot character who greeted the guests as they first entered the venue and was even willing to pose for photos!
Working with London Event Production, Blue Strawberry wanted to make sure that this multi-faceted venue was presented in all its glory — using multi coloured uplighters and our sleek white PA systems, we created a unique mood and feel in every room.
Blue Strawberry were looking after food and refreshments and made sure that guests were treated to the best of the best. Outside, guests got to enjoy great views on the house and the park while Blue Strawberry's master chefs worked their magic on the grill, creating a perfect summer's eve garden party atmosphere.
Moving from room to room, guests got to mingle, enjoy the wonderful food and drinks and explore this new event space. A roaming band was also on site to provide entertainment throughout the building.
Having worked with Blue Strawberry on numerous events in the past, we are really looking forward to organising more exciting events in this beautiful venue!
